Iye.. tak tipu.. Pergilah mandi susu seminggu sekali pun.. Kalau badan kita kurang air, kulit memang nampak x cantik. Apatah lagi kelihatan kering dan berkedut.

Terus terang, saye juga tidak gemar minum air masak. Padahnya, bibir kering dan menggelupas. Pakai lah lip balm apa-apa pun, tetap bibir kelihatan kering. Bibir kering, pakai lipstik pun tak cantik lah!

Kenapa kita kena minum air dengan secukup nya?

• Bila dah minum, pasti ia akan keluar (melalui peluh / air kencing). Sambil ia keluar, toksid dalam badan turut dikeluarkan sekali
• Sebab itu kalau kita tidak sihat, kita mesti minum air dengan kerap!
• Bila tidak sihat, sel darah putih membunuh virus / kuman dalam badan. Apabila kita membuang air kecil, virus / kuman tadi di flashed out dari tubuh kita.

Jadi, amalkan lah minum air putih (plain water)! Air sirap x dikira ye!

Dan.. perlu ingat, apabila dikata minum air 8 gelas sehari, jangan pula fikir jikalau pagi sudah minum 8 gelas (sekali harung), petangnya – sehingga malam sudah tidak perlu minum. Itu salah caranya! Takut pula nanti berlaku keracunan air pula!

Ye lah, minum air banyak sekali harung, pasti rasa nak terkencing! Tapi bila tahan kencing, kan keracunan nanti tuhh..

Minum air setengah gelas setiap jam adalah satu cara yang bijak dan lebih bermanfaat! Ini lebih bagus dan anda akan dapat rasakan lebih bertenaga!
